WHO WANTS FREE BOOKS???
Oct. 24th, 2004 07:12 pmI have a lot of books I don't need. Gifts people have given me, volumes I've picked up from the discount bin at Barnes and Noble, books I know I'll never get around to reading, books I read and didn't like, and books I read but simply...haven't felt any desire to return to. These items take up way too much space on my bookshelves so I've decided to get rid of them, make room for some new stuff. And before I haul all 74 of the selected books down to the nearest used bookstore or library, I'd like to see if any of my friends (that would be you :-D) are interested in them. I'd much rather pass them on to people who I know might get some use out of them.
So here is the vast list of books I am looking to unload, arranged alphabetically by subject and author. If you want any, just leave me a comment. Take as many or as few as you desire, the more I can get rid of, the better. It's all free so what do you have to lose? And don't worry if you live out of state or I've never met you or whatever. I'm more than willing to stick a few books in an envelope (or box as the case maybe) and send them to you. There's alotta crap on this list, but there are also a lot of really great reads. And you know what they say, one dog's shit is another dog's dinner, so dig in and help a sister out :-)
Note: Items will be removed from the list as they are claimed. People already on my Friends list have first dibs.
