This is from a very short lived MTV series called "Sifl and Olly" that aired during the 1998-1999 season. Sifl and Olly, as you can see, were deranged sock puppets with their own television show. It was, like, a cross between a children's show and a late night radio call in program. All kids of fucked up hilarity ensued.
