I just went thumbing through all the panicked threads over in the news community and collected links to the recommended back up tools. LJArchive and LJMigrate seem to be the big winners. I'll give them all a try when I get home tonight.
I think I'm just going to go down with the ship if the worst happens. Unless my entire friends list (including all comms) goes en mass to some other site.
Oh, me too. I'm not gonna high tail it out of here tout suite. Lj is home and it's going to remain home until, like you said, the captain officially notifies us that the shipt is going down, women and children to the lifeboats, or, my entire friends list disappears. But, I am going to back this shit up. Should have been doing it all along, I'm just lazy.
