I'm Scared, I'm Scared, I'm Scared

I woke this morning with a giant lump on the lower right hand side of my throat. I can't swallow or speak properly. When I talk I sound as if I have autisim. I can't form full sentences and hard consonants are difficult to pronounce. I've been on Penicilin for five days now and I actually feel worse than when I started. I don't think this is strep. I have an emergency doctor's appointment in four hours. Let's pray I don't die before I get there.

Doesn't help that many of the throat symptoms I've experienced over the last five days are symptoms of various throat cancers.

No, I haven't. But I don't think I have mono because I'm not fatigued in the least. But, I wound up going to the ER tonight and they tested me for mono. I'll have the results in a day or two.
