I just did something very bad for myself. I saw an orange cat on the wall outside the Annex and I went out and petted him. They say petting fluffy animals reduces stress and it really does. I feel better even after just three minutes of play. Had to scrub down like a doctor when I came back in, and even so I'll probably spend the rest of the day battling hives...my left wrist itches, let the scratching commence...but I think it was worth it.
