The Bed is Cold Without Me

morrigirlWow. I slept through most of the day. Went back to sleep after I called into work. Woke up in time to go meet with Dean Bailey. We've started to make progress towards an incomplete in my lit class. I just have to go meet with Prof. Hord and explain things to him.
Came home and watched X-Files and Buffy. Went to dinner. Ran into Adrienne who inquired as to where the hell I'd been these last few weeks. I told her I've been kind of a shut in. She says she has too. And Clark kept an eye on me while I ate. He takes such good care of me.
After dinner I passed out once again. I guess I didn't realize how truly sick I am. When I was in Bailey's office he was like:
"Are your glands swollen Carla?"
"I don't know. I don't know what swollen glands feel like."
So he felt my glands and was like "Um, yeah I think you are sick. Go to a doctor."
So if I'm not feeling better by Friday I will.
I've cancelled work and rehearsal for the next two days so I can rest up and get my strength back. I'm only getting up for classes.
And speaking of classes we just got our course schedules for next fall and there is NOTHING to take as fucking usual! I can think of two classes that sound OK, the rest suck! UGH! And it's going to be hard to satisfy all of my remaining requirements since they are being offered at bullshit times. Fall term: nothing. Winter term: ONE class I need is being offered. Spring term: all the god damn classes I need are being offered! This is terrible! I mean we know that I don't do well in classes that I am forced to take. I can only handle one in any given term. So if I have to take all three of my remaining requirements the same term I can guarentee trouble. If I have to do that I will get frustrated and depressed and mad and I know I won't want to do it! Grrr.
Tomorrow is apartment lottery. I hope we get Tomkins. Lucky 92 :)
