I hate being all poopy sick :-p My nose is running a fucking marathon down my face, my throat is all dry and scratchy, my head is fuzzy, and my lips are chapped. Stupid cold weather. I was doing great physically before the cold front moved in. Welp, guess it's time to start pouring down the vitamin C. Everyone jokes that one day I'm gonna OD on vitamin C, but, hey, it does a cold good...or...bad. Guess it depends on which side you're looking at it from, the affliction's or the aflictee's.

After a night of desperate searching I have still failed to find my birth certificate. I have no clue where the fuck it is. It isn't in my bedside table, and it's not over by bookcase which are the two places I usually keep it. I have gone through every box, sifted through every piece of paper I own, but to no avail. I'm gonna have to start moving furniture pretty soon. No, I'm serious.

So that remains a task I need to accomplish today, along with getting my state ID renewed. I need to find out what their hours are.

I also need to go down to bed, bath, and beyond and see if they've begun stocking humidifier filters yet. I really need to use mine but I need a filter.

Anyone know which agency I'd need to contact in order to get a new copy of my birth certificate?

Your Livejournal Analasys

Your Livejournal's Age

According to the information you provided, your Livejournal was created on 2003-05-28, meaning that your journal has been around for 125 days. What does this mean?

Being in the 1-6 month range means that you've likely settled into a routine as far as your posting habits are concerned. By now you probably have most of the functions figured out, though you might still learn a trick or two along the way. You probably still add friends on a regular basis, though that's not always the case. You are still something of a youngin in the LJ community, but at least you are not a newbie.

Your Livejournal Friends

Now let's talk about your friends list. You indicated that you have 38 LJ friends.
A good, considerable number of friends. You've collected quite a few of them in the relatively short time that you've had your journal. Perhaps you gleefully added a bunch of people you found with similar interests, or simply added everyone that you remotely know. Not that it's a bad thing, mind you.

You also have been listed as a friend by 34 users.
That's a decent amount of people paying attention to your journal. Given the fact that your journal is still young, you've done a fairly good job of advertising yourself. Probably got all your friends to add you, maybe joined a few LJ communities to meet some new folks. All in all, a large list for the time you've been around.

Finally in this category, you have a friends to friends-of ratio of 1.11764705882.
This is an average ratio, meaning you have nearly (or maybe exactly) the same number of friends as people who have listed you as a friend. There's a good chance you add back everyone who has added you, and only add people who haven't added you if they are a good friend and chances are they'll be adding you back anyway.

Your Posting Habits

You have indicated that to date, you have made 218 entries into your Livejournal. This gives us an average post rate of 1.744 posts per day.
By updating your journal at least once a day, and from time to time even twice, you view your journal as something of a news outlet for your life. You almost never miss an opportunity to keep your journal appraised of what's been going on in your life. You probably also post the occasional silly webquiz or something like that to flesh things out. In short, you make good use of your Livejournal

Your Commenting Habits

According to your information, you have posted 261 comments and have recieved 473 of them over the lifetime of your journal. Let's see what this information can mean.

First of all, this indicates that you have been getting an average of 2.16972477064 comments for every Livejournal entry that you make.
With an average of at least 2 comments per post or greater, you enjoy a healthy dialogue with your friends and get a lot of response to what you have to say. You might also be posting those silly web quizzes, or making entries that are so interesting or so unusual that people can't help but to comment. Either that, or you just have a buttload of friends.

A more fair measure of how many comments you get might be your average number of comments per post per friend, which is 0.0570980202801. This may seem low to you, especially if you have lots of friends.

The final statistic is the ratio of your comments to comments you get. Your ratio is 0.551797040169. The higher the ratio, the more talkative you are compared to your friends, comment-wise.

That's it for now! Perhaps there was something insightful in this analasys, and perhaps you learned absolutely nothing. Feel free to post your results on your own Livejournal, and invite your friends to take the Livejournal Analasys today!

14 hours and counting until I start my new job and I still don't have a birth certificate. I'm surprisingly relaxed given the situation. I've done all I can possibly do to locate the darn thing; I've moved bookcases, I've checked and re-checked all my drawers and shelves, i've checked OTHER people's drawers and shelves. The blasted thing has just poofed out of existence. I'll just have to get a new one...when I figure out where to get it.

I got my ID renewed today. it was quite painless, much easier then the LAST time I was down there *shudder,* but we're not gonna talk about that. Yeah anyway, today it took a half hour from start to finish. And afterwards i went and bought filters for my humidifier.

I am now officially sick. My snot is yellowish green. That's the sure fire sign you're sick, the production of alien like viscus liquids.

I'm washing my khaki pants as we speak, and I'm looking forward to the season premiere of Angel tonight, a show I haven't been able to watch in two years. I've told mom she's gonna have to start taping it for me when I'm working. I simply refuse to miss out on it this year.

Last night mom took me out for a congratulatory dinner at Cafe 82. I'm trying to decide what kind of congratulatory present I want to buy myself. Originally I was just gonna hold out and buy the Sims Makin Magic Expansion pack, but now I'm wondering if I should cave and get Hot Date instead. Then there's the temptation to buy the latest Bratz doll I want. So many decisions.

Well I'll fill everyone in on how my first day on the job goes tomorrow.

Toodles for tonight.
