The perks of not returning to school
Jun. 17th, 2003 02:13 amNot having to worry about housing, my lottery number, or finding a roomate.
No more FAFSA.
Life no longer requires me to be chained to my ID card.
Don't have to worry about what to do with all my shit over the summer.
Can actually create a life for myself without having to worry about leaving in three months.
NO MORE CAF FOOD!!!!
Similarly, I don't have to eat pizza at every meal.
I can drink something other than soda and water
I no longer have to worry about all the stores in town closing at 5 PM
More wardrobe options
More books to read
No more country music on EVERY SINGLE RADIO STATION on the dial!
More cultural events to attend I. E. concerts, shows, museums etc.
Can actually walk places once again.
Reliable public transportation
No class
No homework (okay those two were kinda obvious.)
Not being graded on anything
No longer have to waste my time pretending to learn shit I'm gonna forget the moment I leave the room.
No more Fiji's living upstairs.
No more preps, or frat boys, or sorority girls, or hippies, or fake goth, or fake punks.
Don't have to worry about choosing, or registering for classes.
Freedom is grand :)
