Before I Leave

It's AI night. Gonna go eat at Nacho Mama's and watch a movie. I'm looking forward to my quesedilla.
Went down to Tower today and used the gift card Joan gave me. Bought the new Bif Naked and (relatively) new Patti Rothberg. They should be good.
Christmas was uneventful. Got some good stuff: socks, movie passes, shirts, undies, the Kurt Cobain journals (which I'm trying to finish reading before I leave for Galesburg so I won't have to lug this huge ass hardcover book back with me), the new Eels and Our Lady Peace albums, a gift certificate to Old Navy, and other stuff that is slipping my mind at the moment.
Mike loved his 80's box set :) Mom liked her book and her timer.
I need to start getting my shit together, I leave in six days. The more I think about it, the more excited I'm getting about going back. I mean, I get to rehearse a show (note to self: read the script already), and I get to see Gemma, and I get to be back in my room with my CD player and my Bratz. First order of business after I get back and while my bedroom is still clean, call facilities and get my gorsh darned beds bunked.
Still haven't found the Slumber Pary Bratz I want :( Every toy store on the island is sold out of them, they were one of the hot holiday toys this year. I may just have to wait till I get back to Knox to buy one :( Me want one now though.
Still gotta call Elisabeth and Alan to see if I can make plans to meet up with them before I go. Gonna see Dee tomorrow with any luck.
Hmm this entry is turning out a lot more boring than I was expecting it to be. Guess I don't really have much to say. I guess I could write more, but that would only be more boring. so...
