Guess what? Melissa finally emailed me today after not hearing from her in almost a year! Turns out she forgot the password to her AOL account and hasn't been able to check her email or go on IM.
Here's the update; she finally obtained her AA degree. (YAY) She and Andrea are moving to DeKalb so Mel can attend NIU. Like the rest of us she has been depressed. But otherwise she sounded good. I'm soooooo glad she wrote me. I was starting to think she was just avoiding me or had forgotten aout me. But now I have her new IM name so I can harass her whenever I want HEH HEH HEH.
Today has actually been a really good day. Mel wrote, Prof. Hord cut me some slack, I got lots of good nap time in as usual, read a good deal in "I Know Why The Caged Bird Sings", and packed up a bit more stuff. Good times Good times......Wow, when was the last time I said that? Maybe I am getting better.
Gotta go to Promt Care tomorrow and get a refill on my meds. Dr. J will prolly raise them also. I hope mom is keeping a look out for a good shrink. I'm gonna need to get one really quick when I get home so I can keep taking my meds. We saw what happened the last time I went off them. I'm in no mood to be all suicidal again!
