Hello Life,

Sorry I haven't written in a couple of days. Not much is going on out here.

I've been sleeping obnoxiously long. I have to have 12 hours of sleep now do you believe it? I wake up every morning at 9 and then I conk out by 9 at night! It took all my strength to stay up until midnight last night.

I've had dinner with Adrienne the last two nights. I'm still getting insanely tongue tied and stupid around her. But the level of flirtiness is gradually increasing. It's kind of fun, but I still feel dumb around her.

I'm gonna go audition for Where The Wild Things Are tonight. There are 12 parts and Mary Morales already knows what I am capable of so I think I stand a good chance of getting cast. I think it would be fun just to dress up as a monster and act all goofy!

So Adrienne and I ate dinner together for the third night in a row. She thinks we should try for a whole week! I can't help but agree with her. So, as we were leaving the caf Miriam walked in. She had seen Adrienne and I sitting together so she comes up to me and says really loudly and suggestively, "So did someone hook up?" I replied as softly as I could, "Not yet." And now Adrienne is walking towards us. So Miriam says even louder, "NOT YET? WHY? ARE YOU TWO UNABASHEDLY FLIRTING?" Well by now Adrienne is standing right next to us so there is no way to disguise what we are talking about. So I turn to her and say, "yeah we're unabashedly flirting arent we?" And she says, "Of course we are." And with that Carla is saved from what could have easily been a very embaressing situation.

But with people making comments like that Adrienne surely knows I like her. SURELY she must. That's prolly why she has kicked up the flirtation factor.

I went to the audition for Where The Wild Things are tonight. It was SOOOOOOO much fun. I may not like Mary Morales as a person but her auditions really are a blast. They are so laid back and goofy, and she has a way of making you feel like you are doing everything right. Anyway we did some movement excercises, and then we read for parts. Mary has adapted the entire play herself and concieved of it as more of a dramatic dance piece. Everyone will dance except the two narrators.

Reading for the narrator was great. Mary had us read lines in character. Me and Lauren had to be two girls on Jerry Springer and me and this girl (Marissa I think her name was) had to be rich bitches. It was a total hoot!

And the time commitment is VERY minimal. I hope I get cast. It looks it will be much fun!
