I need a picture

Gosh darned it! Wish I had photo shop or some other kind of software that would allow me to shrink the pic I want to add to my livejournal. But every picture I come accross is to big.

MOM, WHEN THE HELL DO I GET MY NEW COMPUTER!!!!!!????????

you can use Paint if you have it. under "image" there is the "stretch and skew" option.
