morrigirlOkay, I've just finished reading the online journal entries of just about everyone at Knox who has one, and the general sentiment of the campus at large seems to be...
"WHERE'S MY FLUNK DAY!!!!!"
I was saying to Will at lunch today that if it isn't tomorrow (and it won't be,) that this will be the LATEST Flunk Day we've had since Freshman year when it fell on May 4th.
If it isn't on Monday I think there'll be a campus wide uprising during which we will roast members of the Union Board above an open flame.
Seriously, the fact that Flunk Day hasn't happened yet is really fucking with people. Because not only do we have the stress and anticipation of midterms and rapidly approaching finals, but the anticipation of Flunk Day and the knowledge that the later in the term they have it, the worse it'll make the last few weeks of the term, because we'll all be enmeshed in final projects and it'll throw a wrench in our progress!!!
Already I've practically bombed one midterm because of Flunk Day anticipation and stand a good chance of failing another tomorrow all because I've been under the impression that Flunk Day would fall SOME TIME this week thus pushing all my midterms back till next week.
I swear, if we don't get our Flunk Day VERY SOON, heads are gonna start exploding.
