S'been a pretty sweet day.

Went to the mall, and found this great pair of pants on sale at Sears. They're red and brown plaid and they are absolutely adorable. They're a little too long for me so I'll just have them hemmed when I go home in a week.

HOLY SHIT!!! I'm going home in a week! This has been the fastest term ever. I think it has something to do with me going home at the start of the term. The loss of that week in combination with starting late made the ten week term more like eight.

Anyway, after the mall I made plans to eat dinner and see the Devised Theater show with T. While we were in the caf Matt Lindquist came to sit with us. (Who I might add I had a dream about last night. I dreampt he and Heather Frankland were secretly married!) It was really cool, he's a funny guy. The three of us just talked and joked and had a jolly old time. So Jolly in fact he came with us to the Devised show.

All of which was surprising to me since I was under the impression that he found me annoying. Then again that introductory debate we had in the caf wasn't the best of beginnings. But tonight we had a blast. He's really smart and irreverant, and he laughed at my jokes so I'm automatically inclined toward him. He's cool.

Oh and I also discovered my Al in the caf tonight! In Grapes of Wrath Al's Girl (me) has to kiss Al. I didn't recognize the name of the guy who got cast as Al so I was just gonna sit pretty until we got Faces so I could find out who he was. Well tonight while getting dessert this FY, Dave, who just happens to be in my Psych class and who was at the audition same night I was, came up to me and was like "aren't you Al's Girl?"

"Yeah"

"Guess who I am?"

He's a cute little guy. And he gave a really good auditon so I was hoping Liz would cast him. He's short has blond hair and a cute smile. So at least I won't be kissing a dog.

But to continue...Me, T, and Matt went to Devised together. I'd never been to a Devised Theater show. Usually the reviews are iffy, and I have better things to do with my time. But tonight, I didn't. And it's a good thing too because the show was hysterical. It's like...scripted improv. It was so FAB! Dave Urlakis, Gabe, Chris McCown, Nate Thompson, and Adam Krause (the FY I auditioned with who was ALSO cast in Grapes,) were in it and they all rocked! The entire audience was in stitches.

Afterwards, T and I went back to her place and watched Clueless. I got the feeling Matt wanted to hang with us since he had nothing else to do but...we wanted to watch Clueless. I felt bad abandoning him. But I'll make it up to him by inviting him over to play video games or something. He said he really felt the need to play zombie slashing games with Gemma.

And now I'm home, watching the Great Muppet Caper on the Hallmark station. We're approaching the climax so I'm gonna return to the TV.

Ta Ta.
