Clean Sheets
Apr. 18th, 2002 06:32 amWell, as per usual I can't sleep. This really needs to stop. I slept through work today because I was up until 5 AM last night. Not because I wanted to be just cause I'm a fucking insomniac! I hope I can get up for class tomorrow morning. I started the term out on a normal sleeping schedule, what the hell happened to it?
Anyhow, as the title of this entry indicates I finally changed my sheets tonight. It's been in the 80's the last couple of nights, WAY too warm for those flannel sheets. So tonight I stripped my bed of those disease ridden, stinky garments and put on pretty clean blue sheets. It's actually pleasant to lie on my bed now.
And the housing lottery numbers went up today. Gemma, Tina, and I are set. Guess what my number is? 13. Out of 900 some odd. How fucking awesome is that! Tina is 91 and Gemma is 100 and something. Our combined total has got to be something like 150 which will average out to 50 over all. We are going to get the pick of the apartment litter. I wouldn't even be surprised if we winde up being the first group called at lottery :)
Apparently Norman had a little too much Flunk Day. He came to class today with no voice and spent the entire period communicating through written notes and hand gestures. It was very cute.
