Booty Shakin' With Shakira

morrigirlIn a matter of hours this town has been painted white. I'm so sick of this fucking weather. MAKE UP YOUR GOD DAMN MIND MOTHER NATURE!!!!!!!!!
Anyway, it's been a lazy Saturday. I dint mean for it to be lazy. I had every intention of being productive and I kind of was for the first half of the day.
I woke up at 10:30 AM to discover my lovely roomate in the process of sleeping though work. Eh, didn't phase me. I just got up, dressed, and went out to the mall. At that point in the day the snow hadn't gotten brutal yet. It was snowing but it wasn't windy. It was kind of winter wonderland-ish. So I went to the mall, bought some essentials, picked up a butt load of yogurt and treated myself to a new album since I can't remember the last time I bought myself one. It was a guilty pleasure album at that, Laundry Service by Shakira. Tee hee :)
Anyway, I was expecting Tina to be gone by the time I got back, and I was planning on just sitting around and doing homework until she got home. But she was just waking up when I walked in at like 2. And the snow was getting worse so it didn't look like she was even gonna make it out to the studio. And you know me, I can't study with people around or music playing, so all of my great studying plans were thwarted. However it was wasn't all for naught, instead we popped in the Shakira album and cleaned our room for the first time in months. T even vacuumed. And Laundry Service turned out to be a real good buy. Lots of up beat dancy tunes. Real motivational music. And T and I agree that the spanish versions of the songs are much better than the english ones. Like I always say, I enjoy my top 40 crap just as much as the next girl, only I enjoy it in spanish!

Wish I had more to say but I dont. I could talk about Heather H, or Tina's excursion to the ER last night, or Mosess' failed date, or Clark's failing relationship. But none of the above is really holding my interest right now. Talking about other people is starting to get old.
