Searching for a Heart of Gold - SCN

So now I've gotten to thinking about melodrama and if it is humanly possible to have any sort of social group completely void of melodrama?

Cause lets think about this: High school had its fill of melodrama, so did college, hell even online communities like SCN and Livejournal have drama! Workplaces have drama, families, everything!!!

I can't think of any group I've ever been a member of that didn't engage in dramatic action, (of the emotional kind, not the theatrical kind.) Even when I've thought I wasn't engaging in melodramatic behavior, I've seen later that I was. Because on some level there is always drama, either overt or covert.

Kinda depressing, to me at least. Esspecially since I do consciously try to avoid melodrama these days. But one way or the other I always winde up enmeshed in it.
