Not So Spiffy

I went underwear shopping today. Bought four bras and six pairs of panties. Also went to Tower and got The Darkness single "I believe in a Thing Called Love," and "Daisies of the Galaxy," by the Eels.

Mike and Danielle came over this evening and we had another little CD burning party. I burned "Supposed Former Infatuation Junkie" by Alanis, "London Calling," by The Clash, and "Celebrity Skin," by Hole.

I'm tired, and feeling rather out of tune. I have a headache. Tomorrow I have my date with Carlos. Still dunno where we're going. Not looking forward to it in the least. Nor do I want to go to work tomorrow but that's nothing new.

Jonathan Brandis killed himself last night. He was 27 years old. He was one of my very first hardcore crushes. Fell in love with him when I was eleven after seeing the "It" mini series. I was crushing on him before anyone else knew who he was, and because he wasn't very well known I remember trying to keep it a secret. Thought my friends would think I was nuts for liking someone who wasn't really famous. Jon is the first of my many junior high loves to have died. I feel very weird about this, even if I do understand the idea of not wanting to live anymore.

Why does everyone keep dying?

Don't answer that.

Don't feel loserish. There are girls across the country who had that conversation with themselves yesterday.

Yeah, he played Bill as a little boy.
