What the Hell is Wrong with my Mouth?!

So after scarfing breakfast I noticed a hard pointy protrusion on the upper right hand side of my gums. Wouldn't you know it, that impacted wisdom tooth which has never even tried to come in has miraculously broken the skin. Now my gums are all tender again. :-p Will this torture never end?
