Deep Smit
Kirk just left. He was over for about two hours. We cuddled, talked, had our first kiss, and did a number of other things not fit to be discussed in polite society that will have to be detailed in a private entry ;) Not to worry though, I'm still a virgin....wait.....????????? :)
Anyway I'm completely smitten. To quote Mike Myers, I'm in deep smit. Cuddling with him today was just incredibly relaxing and unnervingly intimate. I'm not used to having a guy treat me with...ya know....gentleness and respect, so I was a bit scared at first, of being so close to him. But I loosened up and we wound up having a nice time together.
Speaking of nice times, I had a lovely night out with the girls last night. Elisabeth, Karisha and I had dinner at Pizzaria Uno. In the middle of our meal Claris called on Liz's cell phone so we passed it around the table and all got a chance to speak to her. Then we were in such a friendly mood Karisha called Shanecka on her cell phone, and we all spoke to her as well. That was really great since I haven't spoken to Shanecka since we graduated high school! But now I have her cell number and can speak to her whenever I want! We were all saying that we should schedule a class reunion. How fun would that be?
And this game of telephone tag between Derek and I is getting down right comical. I spend all week waiting fro him to call me and when does he decide to finally give me a ring? While I'm out with the girls. The first night ALL DAMN SUMMER that I haven't been home in the evening. Jeez! We just have such bad timing when it comes to calling one another it's hysterical. You can't plan three weeks worth of misses. I'm determined now. I WILL get a hold of him and we will go out for caffeinated beverages. This I swear. :)
